According to the relevant regulations, products export to Nigeria which is under supervision of NAFDAC, needs to test quality in designated organization. The testing results must be qualified before shipment. Recently, we, Rech Chemical Co., LTD, have a new customer in Nigeria need CRIA certification of ferrous sulfate heptahdrate . Now, we would like to share the supervision requirements and records of the ferrous sulphate heptahydrate.
1. Preparation before loading. The certification organization of CRIA requires the pre-shipment inspection requisition is provided one day prior to loading. The expected time of loading and other related matters must informed organization early, to obtain a monitoring order number, that is, PSI number. At the same time, make a label in accordance with the provisions and the label must show PSI number, monitor the date, supervisor name. (Note: PSI label do not need to be affixed to the goods, on the packaging or container doors, just take pictures with label stand next to the side. Label also can be taken away after taking pictures.).
2. Take pictures In accordance with the provisions from organization. A. Photos is clear, and the PSI number in label is visible; B. Photo content includes at least:
a.Product Pictures b.Packaging (with PSI label)
c.empty container(with PSI label) d.cargo loading (with PSI label)
e.full container with one door closed f. door close-up pictures
h. seal close-up
C. Each container cannot be less than 10 pictures.
3.After loading and take pictures, all the records and pictures mush send to the certification organizations.
