Six magnesium salt base of China

Magnesium sulfate is processed and refined from raw material magnesite ore. And these mineral resources are mainly distributed in six magnesia material industry base as Northeast China, North China, Central China, East China, South China, and Northwest. Known from Magnesium Salt Association, up to the end of the twelfth “Five-year", the fine rate of magnesium salt products made by six magnesium material industry bases would raise to 20% ~ 40%.

Where are the six magnesia material industry-bases, what’re their features?

1.Northeast base: the magnesium salt products mainly processed by magnesite and brucite in Liaoning province named as "magnesium city" in Liaoning;

2.North China base: taken inner Mongolia magnesite, magnesium lake salt, dolomite as the main raw material in Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi. 

3.Special magnesium salt base of East China: This base has advantages on coastal resources, talents and capital in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang;

3.South China base: taken dolomite, non-ferrous metal refined matter and magnesium salt by-products in Guangdong, Guangxi.

5.Northwest base: taken bischofite as the main raw material in Golmud Qinghai.
