When you start to do export business of sulfate salts such as zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate, and copper sulfate,you need to know the export policy such as the VAT and rebate.
As we all know, if you sell zinc sulfate in domestic, you need to pay 17% Value-add Tax. And if you sell zinc sulfate to foreign countries, you need to pay 17% value-add tax first, and then government will give you 5% rebate. This is the export policy for zinc sulfate. From this policy, we can see that our government is support to export zinc sulfate.
However, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate have no export rebate while they need to pay 17% VAT.
