Domestic railway transport price rise will affect inland transportation cost

Since February 20, 2013, the commodity transportation lines are unified on freight rate. The average price is increased RMB o.15 each as raised by13%. Although only one penny freight price increased, it can bring RMB 20 billion RMB of new incomes to Railways Ministry.

Cargos Freight price increase is the rightly chance for      the ministry of railways, as a long drought meets the rain. The professional      says this RMB0.15 rise is reasonable price for railway departments itself  has no ideal unbalance finance and the  railway freight cost is far low than highway transport price.

In 2017, although Railways Ministry adheres the open market orientation to promote railway freight transportation price reform, however, this price rise has less significant influence to related business profit of railway freight transportation company but may slightly increase zinc sulfate monohydrate inland transportation cost.
