Used batteries can be processed into industry grade zinc sulfate

The acidic or alkaline batteries that we usually buy in the market all belongs to manganese zinc disposable battery. The main ingredients of these batteries are zinc and manganese. Compared with the zinc sulfate processed from zinc oxide materials or manganese ore, those zinc sulfate processed from used batteries had great advantages both on kinds and content of impurities.

The simple mechanical processing are dissection, pretreatment that zinc, manganese, iron, carbon rod and other material separated up. The separated zinc is processed in Wet Method which can separate each component of battery on a maximum. It not only greatly simplifies treatment process, but also makes the treatment cost drops greatly. And the improved capability on equipment processing brings remarkable benefits.
