If Without any special processing, customer may find condensation phenomenon may happen in the arrived shipping container that may moisture cargo, even seriously affected zinc sulfate quality.
Dew condensed drops on the container inner face”, we call this phenomenon as "condensation". It mainly occurs in the ocean shipping or storage container when bigger temperature differences outside the container between at day and night. For example, when outside temperature drops down from 30 degrees to 15 or 18 degrees, the water vapour in the air would form water droplets quickly. As for 40’ GP, it will generate condensed water 1000g; as for 20’ GP, it will generate condensed water 416g. The higher air humidity, condensation phenomenon is more obvious. Condensed water may make labels fallen off the package, or damp and mildew the goods, even seriously affect its performance.
In order to avoid condensation phenomenon that may cause hygroscopic zinc sulfate because of damp, Rech Chemical usually provides paper cover cardboard, wrap film or professional desiccant based on customer’s request to treat the dewing.
