Zinc is an indispensable trace element for crops, and zinc deficiency will lead undersized plants, and maize white seedling.
There are some ways to prevent and cure zinc deficiency:
1. Seed dressing. Put zinc sulfate into a little water, mixing up with seeds, sowing after drying.
2. Soaking seeds with zinc sulfate solution, and soaking 6-8 hours for corns, the concentration is 0.02-0.05%; and 12 hours for rice, concentration is 0.1%.
3. Foliar spraying in the early growth stage with 0.1% zinc sulfate when zinc deficiency occurs, spraying every 7-10 days.
