The application of ferrous sulfate in plant equipment maintenance

After spaying highly toxic pesticides and all kinds of herbicides, the plant equipment as mist machine, small plant spray devices would harm to plants in the next use if not immediately cleaned. At this time, ferrous sulfate can be used to solve the exhaust liquor influence to the plants.

For general pesticide, cleaning method is to use water to wash the equipment for some times then clean and dry it upside down.

For herbicide pesticide, there are three kinds of cleaning methods. One is clean watering. Dip the spray machine with water for 2 ~ 24 hours, then wash 2 ~ 3 times. The second is muddy cleaning. The third is ferrous sulfate washing. Wash the equipment with 0.5% of ferrous sulfate solution fully.
