Q: Why zinc sulfate is caking?

A: There are lots of reasons for caking:

1/ There is no washing procedure for raw material leads that the Chloride in zinc sulfate are excessive, particle size is small and the surface is large and easy to absorb moisture.

2/ High temperature for packing and superfluous Chloride will make zinc sulfate get caking, because the zinc chloride content of zinc sulfate is high and easy to absorb moisture.
