Views:20     Author:VV     Publish Time: 2016-10-21      Origin:Rech Chemical Co. LTD

During the process of various heats, mechanical, transportation and storage treatment, magnesium and magnesium alloy will be inevitably oxidated or blemished. Magnesium sulfate and other mixed chemical solution can be applied to successively treat the oxide layer, oil pollution and some stain.

Processing methods:
Method one: degreasing process. Common solvents: trichloroethylene, acetone, ethyl acetate and ethyl ketone, etc.

Method 2: after degreasing, impregnated in the following solution under 70-75 ° C for 5 min: sodium hydroxide and water(1: 100). Then water flush; impregnated in the following solution again under 20 °C  for 5 min: Chrome oxide: water: anhydrous sodium sulfate (10: 100: 2.8), then water flushed and distilled water washed. Finally, dried in 40 ° C.

Method 3: impregnated in the following solution under 20 °C for 3 min: Chrome oxide: sodium nitrate: glacial acetic acid: water (16.6:20:105:100).Then water flushed and distilled water washed. Finally, dried in 40 °C.

Method 4: impregnated in the following solution under 60-70 °C for 3 min: Sodium dichromate : magnesium sulfate : manganese sulfate: water(10: 5: 5: 80). Then water flushed and distilled water washed. Finally, dried in 40 °C.
